Vegan friendly wine

Winemaking: Organic Chenin Blanc grapes were hand harvested and underwent direct press into a combination of stainless steel and concrete tanks. Fermentation with indigenous yeast. Aged for 7 months. Bottled with no filtration, fining or added sulphur.  

This Wine: Natural white wine with a medium body. Fresh and easy-going Chenin that still offers a lovely concentration of salty citrus fruit. Not easy to find quality Chenin from this renowned area at this price. 5000 bottles produced.

Notes on the Winemaker: Warren & Mäité Perrocheau are a young couple who started their natural winemaking project Les Errances back in 2018 after training with some of the big names in the area. They pay particular focus to sustainable and holistic farming practices to bring maximum health to their vines whilst taking a slow and steady approach in the cellar.
