Winemaking: Organic Falanghina grapes grown 350m above sea level on limestone soils were hand harvested before direct press. Fermentation with indigenous yeast in steel tanks. Bottled with no fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural white wine from Campania with a textured mouthfeel. Full of white flowers, lemon and melon flavours. Ripe and round but with balancing acidity. Best served with fish or vegetables. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Antonio Gismondi hails from Campania but was living in Barcelona running a pizzeria until 2018. He was encouraged by his friends Massimo Marchiori and Antonella Gerosa (who run Partida Creus) to start a journey in natural winemaking after they tried some of the wine he made from his fathers vines so he went back to his homeland. He now produces wine with freshness and character using local grape varieties from 2 hectares of vines.
