Winemaking: Organic grapes were harvested by hand. Fermentation with indigenous after a period of skin contact. No fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: From Patrick Sullivan's side project, this is a free and easy skin contact wine with a salty peach character and a hint of funk. Reminds us of the wines that got us into natural wine in the first place. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Patrick Sullivan and his wife Megan produce wine in the rural region of Gippsland, Victoria. In the UK, he generated a real buzz for himself with the fun and accessible Jumpin' Juice project but in recent years he has been producing more and more serious and complex wines that offer intriguing glimpses of this magical, Australian terroir. He dedicates most of his time in the vineyard to help his fruit reach its highest potential which then allows a more hand off approach in the winery.
